nCall V5 in beta release!

The latest update to nCall, version 5, brings a host of new features and enhancements designed to make your call management even more efficient and user-friendly. Here’s what’s new:

Fresh Look and Feel

You can now customize nCall with different colour modes! Simply go to Tools / Look and Feel to pick your preferred skin. There are many skins to choose from.

Toolbar Browser Windows

Stay organized and efficient with four user-definable buttons to display web pages within nCall. These pages remember saved information, making it easy for agents to access crucial info instantly. This feature goes beyond the Call Sheet web forms, giving you a seamless browsing experience.

 

Enhanced Old Calls Tab

Quick access to call details just got better. Right-click on any call in the Old Calls tab to:

  • Show the call
  • Show the Client
  • Show the Contact
  • Search nCall for calls with the same number

 

New Hub Security Features

Security is paramount. Now, you can enhance access security by adding a list of authorized IP addresses or DNS names that can connect to your HUB. This ensures that only approved sources have access.

Detailed Call Notes in History

Keeping track of call activities is easier with detailed call notes. Every saved call now has a history log that includes:

  • Operator edits
  • Call resends
  • Calls dragged to another contact

Just double-click on an existing call and select the History tab to view all actions with timestamps and operator details.

Show Menu in Call List

Right-click on a call in the call list to quickly show the Contact or Client associated with the call.

Prevent Accidental Client Changes

To prevent errors, the client’s drop-down list will be disabled for 3 seconds when a new call comes in, ensuring the correct client is displayed.

Copy Formatted Data

Easily copy data from forms to external applications with a simple CTRL+ALT+C shortcut or through the Tools menu. This feature supports both default and custom forms.

 

Minor Enhancements

  • Save Filter on Call List: Your filter preferences are now saved, simplifying repetitive tasks.
  • Timestamp on Changes: Each modification made to a call now includes a timestamp, improving tracking and accountability.
