This task has been assigned to the operator Jenny Jones, and it is for the client AntiqueWhite Agriculture Company.
The tasks can have a fixed price, as per the example above, or be time based:

When you running the billing the charge for these tasks can be optionally included in the billing output data:

Operators are reminded via the Homepage view, shown on nCall startup, of any new and existing tasks they have been allocated:
